Bruce Ingerman

Bruce Ingerman, in addition to being a top five comp lawyer in Maryland for claimants overall, has a number of other achievements.  First, he obtained the largest award for knee injuries during the period measured – a stipulation in excess of $70,000.  He also obtained the largest final settlement for a psychiatric or neurological workers’ compensation injury and one of the largest stipulations for an injury that combined hands and wrists.  Ingerman was near the top of the list for a number of other workplace injuries.

A common employer for clients of Bruce Ingerman was the mayor and the city council of Baltimore.  Others include the State of Maryland, the Maryland Transit Administration, Wal-Mart Stores, Board of Education of Baltimore County, Comcast, Rite-Aid, and Aramark, among others.
